Path and anchor,
Stretch and fill,
Transform this October,
If you will.
Like magic, you can stop in the Media Lab during the month of October to learn about how to transform a raster image into a vector image with Adobe Illustrator. Vector images create multiple points in an image to resize designs without losing the aspect ratio so your small image can grow 400 percent and look the same. Vector files are also used for making stickers, laser cutting, or creating outlines, opening the door to more possibilities than a static image.
The Media Lab is open seven days a week matching the Library’s open hours. Adobe Creative Cloud is available for all Library cardholders using the Media Lab computers and individual Adobe logins (including free accounts).
