Constitution Day is a College of DuPage faculty initiative to commemorate the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution. This year, Constitution Law experts Maggie Mendenhall Casey, Supervising Assistant Corporation Counsel of the City of Chicago Department of Law, and Richard Forst, Attorney/Adjunct Faculty of Justice Studies, will discuss the Third Amendment which formed the Supreme Court, and recent Court decisions which have raised questions about the Court’s direction. Join us in person or online.
