Library Phase One Reopening

We are pleased to announce that on Monday, June 21, the Library will begin Phase One of a multi-step reopening plan that we anticipate will result in a full reopening of our physical spaces by the beginning of the Fall semester. Phase One includes the following:

  • During Grab & Go hours, anyone who is cleared to be on campus can enter or exit the Library.
  • Enter through the Library's lower level entrance.
  • Visitors are welcome to use the space and equipment--including computers--on the Library's lower level.
  • Ask our Circulation Desk staff for assistance accessing books and media on the Library's upper level.

Anyone entering a College of DuPage building or facility must:

  • Have their temperature checked by a screener and answer brief questions.
  • Wear a face mask.
  • Maintain social distancing

The closest screener entrance to the Library is SRC Door #7 on the south side of campus at the driving circle. From that entrance, go up one level and follow the hallway to the left until you reach the Library entrance.

For campus door maps and other safety information, see COD's Campus Safety Guidelines.

As always, you can still connect with us online for research and other assistance. Stay tuned for further announcements!
