Students, faculty, and staff, use your MyAccess credentials to sign in to your Library account and request an item. District residents, use your Library barcode and password to log in to your account.
Place your request.
You will receive an email once your items are ready for pickup, usually within two working days.
Step 2: Schedule a pickup time
When your items are ready for pickup, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to our pickup appointment booking calendar. Use that calendar to choose an available date and time for your pickup.
You will receive an email confirming the date, time, location, and pickup instructions.
Step 3: Pick up your items
Remember to wear a mask. Masks are required to enter all COD buildings. Maintain 6 feet of distance between you and others.
Enter the SRC building through the marked entrance doors at the SRC 2 entrance on the north side of the building.
You can return Library materials and laptops at our Grab and Go pickup station without an appointment. Returns are accepting during the following times:
Monday & Tuesday: 10 am - 3 pm
Wednesday: 10 am - 7 pm
Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm
Saturday: 12 noon - 4 pm
The outside book drop on the north side of the SRC is also available for book returns. Follow all safety guidelines listed on this page when returning your items:
Only one person at a time should be in the vestibule.
Your items will be in a bag marked with your name on the table in the vestibule.
Take your bag and exit the building through the marked exit doors.
You will not be able to access the Library or other areas of campus from this entrance.
