Library Accounts

Use your Library account to:

  • See what items you have checked out and when they're due
  • See your requests and renew items
  • Create title lists and save searches

Logging In

Log in to your account by clicking the "Sign in" link in the top right corner of pages in the Library website or the Library Catalog.

  1. COD students, faculty, and, staff: use the "COD Students/Faculty/Staff" log in and enter your MyAccess user ID and password
  2. District residents: Use the "District Residents" login and enter your barcode and password

My Loans

View your accountOnce you have signed in, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and click on "Library Card." You'll see an overview of your account that shows your Loans, Requests, Fines, and Blocks. Click on any of these categories for more details.

Loans are organized by the library you requested items from. Click on a library name to see loans from that library.

For each of your loans, you can see:

  • Item information
  • Due date
  • Lending library information

My Requests

In your account, click on "My Requests" to see the status of your requests from I-Share libraries. Requests are organized by the library you requested items from. Click on a library name to see requests from that library.

For each request, you'll see:

  • Item information
  • Status of the request
  • Pick up location

To cancel a request, click the "X Cancel" in the item box.

Renewing Items

In your account, click on "My Loans" to see your checked out items.

  • Click on the "Renew" link next to an individual item to renew that item.
  • Click on the "Renew All" link to renew all of your checked out items.

My Favorites

Saved Records

  • You can save records you discover to your own "Favorites" lists for future reference. These lists can be organized and customized in a variety of ways.
  • The easiest way to save a record is to click the pin icon next to search results or in the item record. This will automatically add the record to your "Favorites" list.

Saved Searches

  • Primo allows signed-in users to save searches between sessions and receive email alerts when there is an update to the saved search query.
  • To save a search, perform the search you want to save. Then click the "Save query" link at the top of your search results.
  • This search will be saved to the "Saved Searches" tab in the "My Favorites" section of your account.
