  Grab & Go Printing Pickup

While the campus is closed, the Library is offering a printing service for black and white and color documents. Students and personal SmartPrint users can upload their document using the Printing Request Form, and Library staff will print it and have it available by appointment for contactless pickup at the Grab and Go table.

Please be aware that Library staff are on campus limited hours to fill requests. You will receive an email once your items are ready for pickup, usually within two working days.

1. Prepare your document, save it to your computer, and close the document. Ensure that:

  • You have enough money in your SmartPrint account to cover the cost of printing. The cost per page for printing is listed on the Printing Request Form (linked below).
  • The document is not password protected or secured.
  • The file size of the document is 100 MB or less.
  • The dimensions of your document are not outside of a standard document page size (8.5” x 11”).

We can print most common document and image file formats.

2. Use the Printing Request Form to enter your information and upload the file.

Note: The document must be closed before you upload it.

3. Click Submit.

Please use a separate form for each file submission.

4. Once you have received an email that your print job is ready, use the link in the email to make an appointment for a pick up time during the Library’s Grab and Go hours. Your document will be in an envelope with your name on it on the Grab and Go table at the scheduled pickup time.
