Overview

The College of DuPage Library happy to serve our district residents while the campus remains closed.

This guide will list some of the services and resources available at the COD Library that are available to the residents of Community College District 502.

How do I get a COD District Resident Library Card?

Book Information

While the library is operating remotely, district residents have access to books (both print and online) from the COD library. District residents who are 18 years of age or older may request a Library card online. Library barcodes are necessary to sign in to your Library account and to checkout items.

OverDrive is a growing collection of popular (fiction and non-fiction) e-books and e-audio available for download to your device or your computer.

OverDrive users may check out materials for up to three weeks, and place holds on e-books and e-audio currently in use

Library Databases

The COD Library makes electronic collections available to District Residents and the general public to the extent that resource limitations and legal restrictions allow.

Most electronic collections are only available at COD campus locations, in the Library, and at the College Regional Centers.
